Trish & Alex loved the outdoors particularly the beach, so when it came to deciding on the venue for their wedding day the choice was simple; a sunset, beach affair.
The dominant colours used throughout were ocean blues & citrus tones with a hint of white. This was carried through from the invitations, to the reception, which was held outside at a beachfront restaurant. A nearby hotel was the perfect choice for accommodation for interstate and non local guests as well as a convenient place for the wedding day preparations of the bridal party

The ceremony was held on the beach with simple white benches for quests to witness the exchanging of vows under a softly billowing blue & white stripped marquee.
Using sky blue buckets filled with tall grasses & lilies created the aisle.

Bridal bouquets continued the theme with the combination of tiger & oriental lilies.

Dress was casual & shoes were removed for the ceremony.

The reception reflected the beach theme tiki lanterns, pebbles & driftwood with tables decorated citronella candles lilies & sea shells. Guests were treated to a seafood buffet & a jazz band.
