At a perfect day we take a flexible approach to  our work and that includes fees and charges. Depending on your needs you  can engage our services by using our casual consultancy or choosing one of our exclusive packages.

Packages

Hourly consultation

$75 per hour, inclusive of GST & travel within a 15 Km radius of CBD. A traveling surcharge is applied for greater distances. Restrictions on availability may apply.

  • Budget guidelines & spreadsheet set up for bride & Groom to self manage
  • A sample wedding timeline (up to12 months)
  • Assistance with professional supplier & venue selection
  • Assistance with Style consultancy
  • Assistance with basic theming creation

Perfectly Essential Package

From $2,300, inclusive of GST & travel within a 20 Km radius of CBD. A traveling surcharge is applied for greater distances. Up to 120 guests. Wedding date to be set & Reception venue to be selected & confirmed. Not available to marquee or private venues.

  • 30 min free initial phone conversation to discuss client expectations, 3 most important things about the wedding & 3 biggest concerns, initial client thoughts about suppliers & theming or decor
  • Dedicated secure webpage for client
  • 2 face to face meetings with client or up to 6 hours face to face
  • Up to 1.5 hours of email correspondence per week
  • Up to 3 one hour phone calls
  • Budget guidelines & spreadsheet set up for bride & Groom and updated & managed by a perfect day
  • A tailored wedding timeline created, updated & managed by a perfect day (up to12 months)
  • Assistance with professional supplier selection (may include ceremony & celebrant selection if different to reception venue), correspondence and coordination of the same & up to 3 supplier visits
  • Bridal party style consultancy (including visits to up to 2 wedding & formal dress suppliers & formal hire suppliers)
  • Creation & development of basic theming including sourcing of selected items
  • 1 visit to reception venue
  • Assistance with etiquette queries
  • Provision of hints & checklists
  • Preparation of wedding day schedule

Please note pricing may vary based on number of guests, location of events and time line in advance that services are requested. Additional charges will apply if allocation of hours are exceeded. This package is not available to bridal couples residing overseas.

Perfectly Elegant Package

From $3,650 inclusive of GST & travel within a 20 Km radius of CBD. A traveling surcharge is applied for greater distances. Up to 150 guests. Wedding date to be set & Reception venue to be selected & confirmed. Not available to marquee or private venues.

  • One hour free initial phone conversation to discuss client expectations, 3 most important things about the wedding & 3 biggest concerns, initial client thoughts about suppliers & theming or decor
  • Provision & management of a dedicated secure webpage for client
  • 3 face to face meetings with client or up to 8 hours face to face
  • Up to 2 hours of email correspondence per week
  • Up to 3 one hour phone calls
  • Budget guidelines & spreadsheet set up for bride & Groom and updated & managed by a perfect day
  • A tailored wedding timeline created, updated & managed by a perfect day (up to12 months)
  • Assistance with professional supplier selection (may include ceremony & celebrant selection if different to reception venue), correspondence and coordination of the same & up to 3 supplier visits

Perfectly Exquisite Package

From $5,150 includes GST & travel within a 30 Km radius of CBD. A traveling surcharge is applied for greater distances. Up to 200 guests.

  • One hour free initial phone conversation to discuss client expectations, 3 most important things about the wedding & 3 biggest concerns, initial client thoughts about suppliers & theming or decor
  • Sourcing of Ceremony venue if different to Reception venue
  • Sourcing of Reception venue or theme development for marquee or private venues
  • Provision & management of a dedicated secure webpage for client & save the date registration for guests
  • Management of distribution of Invitations & RSVP process
  • Coordination of guest accommodation, transport & travel
  • After wedding support up 48 hours after event
  • 3 face to face meetings with client or up to 10 hours face to face
  • Up to 2 hours of email correspondence per week
  • Up to 3 one hour phone calls
  • Budget guidelines & spreadsheet set up for bride & Groom and updated & managed by a perfect day
  • A tailored wedding timeline created, updated & managed by a perfect day (up to12 months)
  • Selection of professional supplier selection (may include ceremony & celebrant selection if different to reception venue), correspondence and coordination of the same visits as required
  • Bridal party style consultancy (including visits to up to 3 wedding & formal dress suppliers & formal hire suppliers)
  • Creation & development of ceremony & reception theming including sourcing of selected items
  • Visits to Ceremony & Reception venue as required
  • Assistance with etiquette queries
  • Provision of hints & checklists
  • Preparation of wedding day schedule
  • Coordination services on rehearsal date
  • Dedicated coordination service the day before the wedding date
  • Up to 12 hours on the day coordination services

Please note pricing may vary based on number of guests, location of events and time line in advance that services are requested. Additional charges will apply if allocation of hours are exceeded. Visits to suppliers, venues etc may include a door-to-door service for the client. We guarantee that our services are exclusively yours on the day/night of your wedding or celebration and can be there to take care of those little things to ensure your celebration/wedding is truly memorable.

Contractual arrangements

1/3  non refundable deposit upon booking.
1/3 of balance due at midway point.
final 1/3 balance due on the day of event.

Refund policy

Initial deposit is non refundable. In the event that your celebration does not go ahead and the services of a perfect day are no longer required a cancellation of fee of $1,000 will apply and will replace the original agreed to payment schedule.

Payments

a perfect day accepts personal and bank cheques, cash, electronic account transfer payments, paypal can be arranged.

a perfect day does not accept credit cards; we prefer to keep our costs to a minimum and in doing so pass this saving onto our valued clients rather than contributing to banking profits.
